Where it is made

Orders are produced by Gelato at a print partner close to your address, which cuts shipping time and emissions.

Delivery time and cost

• Production: usually 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping: usually 2 to 8 business days depending on country and carrier.
• The exact shipping price for your address is shown before you pay.
• You get your order number (DOGO-xxxx) on the confirmation page.

Customs

Most orders are produced inside your region. If an order must cross a customs border, import VAT or duties may apply and are paid by the recipient unless stated at checkout.

Returns

Products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Email post@departmentofglobaloffense.com with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier and reship if needed.
